The nurses, paramedics and doctors of the Kustanai paramedic school fulfilled their noble duty - they saved the lives of the Red Army soldiers under heavy fire of the fascist troops, in severe frosts, heavy rain. 

More than one hundred thousand medical workers died or went missing during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Graduates of our educational institution and teachers were among them. The exploits of the nurses ZinaidaPetrova and Nina Rantseva in the Rzhev operation, Alexandra Tkachenko in the Berlin operation, military paramedic MakishZengetaev in the siege of Leningrad are known to every citizen of the country. 

Our Soviet doctors returned to service 72.3% of the wounded and 90.6% of sick soldiers. These are approximately 18 million soldiers and officers with combat experience. 

The marshal of the Soviet Union K.K. Rokossovsky said: “We won the war wounded ...” 

All first-year students get acquainted with the heroic and patriotic history of the Kostanay medical college. Rusinova Elena Alekseyevna - Deputy director for social and educational work, Suleimenova Baldyrgan Kuzhanovna, - Youth teacher, Aztayeva Alma Turegaliyevna - Head of the museum and curators of student groups plan, organize and conduct a series of events, such as museum and curator hours, military song contests, quizzes. 

In this anniversary year, our students supported the challenge dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory. Khan Julia, second-year student of the specialty "Curative Affair" performed the song "Sister, do you remember how you took me to the sanbat from the battle ...". DoshchanovaAsem, a graduate of the department of "Nursing" performed the "Waltz of a nurse." A trio of first-year girls "Nursing" TokushevaYryszhan, NurymkhanovaBalerke and SeyilkhanovaZhansaya performed a song in Kazakh language "Ұlyzheңísshattyġy" dedicated to all volunteers of the Great Patriotic War.
