The event "Open Day" for students 201 and 202 of the group "Curative Affair" was held at the Regional Emergency Station on October 23. Ambulance staff met students, teachers and the Director of the Kostanay Higher Medical College - Katpenova Saule Atantayevna. 

The chief physician, Steigerwaldt Irina Anatol’yevna, introduced the guests to the reform and structure of the ambulance station, told them about "The Navigator system" for tracking the ambulance’s movement. The chief paramedic Sergey Stasin introduced them to the dosage form, modern equipment and machinery. 

Students took part in calls and exits with a siren in ambulances. Interesting contests were organized for the guys. These contests are: for transporting the “injured” on a stretcher, tenders for the speed of ascent to the floors with a bag-laying and a ventilator (mechanical ventilation). 

Students Zhunerbayev Arman, Yaroslavtsev Valentin showed good knowledge of Pharmacology, Physiology. Bekkulinov Alisher, Filatov Dmitry, Shtripova Vladislava, Nekrasov Valery demonstrated strength, speed and endurance. All winners were awarded with sweet prizes. The Director of the Kostanay Higher Medical College, Saule Atantayevna, expressed her gratitude for the effective and constant cooperation with the ambulance workers college in the person of the Head Doctor. 

Tea drinking was a surprise to everyone. Over a cup of tea, students shared their impressions about the ambulance station. Many students noted that they made their professional choice correctly, and will study with great diligence. This event will be remembered by students for a long time.
