On 25 October 2017, within «How do you do, graduate?» event O.S. Stokoz,the head of the department №3 have visited district hospitals. There was work carried out to study the professional development of graduates, material and living conditions. Also there were collected opinions of the employers about the graduates, their wishes and opinions.
Currently, there 3 graduates of the college work at Fedorov Distrit Hospital: Y.Kriger, G. Podaluyk, L. Yevorskaya. The chief nurse thanked the staff of Kostanay medical college for the training of the specialists. Since the first days of the work the girls showed themselves as a responsible and competent specialists
2 graduates of the college work at Karabalyk Distrit Hospital. G.M. Zhunusova, the chief nurse emphasized that the graduates have an high level of training, professionalism, competence, want to increase knowledge and availability. According to the completed questionnaire, all of the graduates started their work with confidence in themselves and their knowledge. Their attitude to work is conscientious. They get professional help and support from mentors and senior colleagues.
