International forum of local historians
On12 October 2017,The Kostanay region branch of national company «Orleu» held the International forum of local historians The forum was organized by considering the objectives of the President of Kazakhstan in his "Look into the future: the modernization of public consciousness", and the interest of domestic and foreign local historians to the projects, which are implemented by the branch within the «Rukhani zhangyru» programme.
The forum was attended by scientists and representatives of the teaching community not only from Kazakhstan, but also from Russia, Great Britain and People's Republic of Donetsk.
The theme of the forum "Local history as a factor in the education of the spiritual basis of patriotism in the space of a motherland" was aimed to – the increase of the level of Local history research and practical work on the conceptual bases of the «Rukhani zhangyru» programme. Local history is a powerful factor in the formation of citizenship and patriotism, moral values, pride for their country and their people. It helps not only to study the national history and culture, but also to preserve and increase the cultural heritage.
The exhibition presented the development of more than 25 organizations of Kostanay region. Threre was presented a new electronic handbook «Olketanu – «Mangilik El murasy», which was developed by the branch of national company «Orleu» held the International forum of local historians. It demonstrated the enormous potential of institutions of education and culture of the region to implement the «Rukhani zhangyru» programme and the education of patriots of their country.
At the plenary session moderated by M.V. Slesar, Director of the branch of national company «Orleu», the candidate of pedagogical Sciences, participated: M.K. Zhundubayev., deputy akim of Kostanay region, Z.O. Artykbayev, professor of «Gumilev Eurasian national University», V.M. Kuznetsov, scientific Secretary of the National museum of RK, G.K. Ukina, deputy head SE «Department of Education of the Kostanay region», Ian Martin, foreign director of JSC «NIS», V.N. Adayev, «Institute of development of problems of the North», I.A. Mishina., « Academy of qualification improvement and professional retraining of education workers of Russian Federation», A.V. Shtatnykh., доцент «Institute of education development and social technologies ».
The work of interactive sites and a round table was held on the basis of the organizations of education and culture regional center. We participated in the section "Sacral geography – the spiritual aspect of modernization." During the session we exchanged opinions, discussed strategic ways of development and making recommendations for further improvement of scientific cooperation, to attract young scientists to the study and solution of problems of regional science and practice.
The result of the forum is the resolution. This forum is the implementation of the main directions of the state program "Rukhani Zhangyru", which will open to the public, making a step forward towards the modernization of public consciousness.
